MISSION

 We, the people of  Barangay Kisupaan pledge to respect the right of our people, mobilize the available resources, enforce the laws and ordinances as mandated, perform our responsibilities with at most honesty and dedication and protect and guard the integrity of our barangay.

VISION

 An economically, self-reliant and peace loving people, living together in cooperation, thru the guidance of the Almighty Father, where everyone is able to abundantly provide for themselves and equitably share the benefits from available resources.
